Senior Adults 55+
Senior Adults 55+ are invited to be part of this group that meets on the second Thursday of each month except in September when they go on their annual beach trip. From Jan. to Aug., the group meets at 10:30 AM in the Fellowship Hall. During the regular meetings, there is a business session, devotional and program selected for entertainment or information. Various groups prepare a lunch for five of the meetings. At other times the group goes out to eat at a local restaurant. Members pay $1 per month or $12 per year. In Nov. and Dec., the group meets at 6 pm on the second Thursday for holiday socials during which a catered meal is served and a variety of entertainment is provided. At other times during the year, the group may go on day trips to selected locations. This group really likes to have lots of fun! But, most of all it’s a chance to love, support, and encourage each other at a time of our lives when we know the importance of love, support, and encouragement.
