Community Care House
The Community Care Center's purpose is to share the love of Jesus Christ by meeting a portion of the material and spiritual needs with those in our church family and in our community. The Community Care House is located in the blue house next door to our Family Life Center and is open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 AM - 12:00 and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
The guidelines of the Community Care Center are as follows:
- Recipient must live in the 28054 zip code
- Must have utility bill to verify address
- Must meet income requirements
- Must have Social Security cards to verify # in household
- Must have Picture ID
- Recipient may receive assistance every three months, limited to no more than three (3) visits
